What is the minimum order?
One 10-pack. Every product is sold as a box of ten vials of the same compound; there is no smaller unit.
How does volume pricing work?

Where are the lab reports?
Each product page shows the supplier-provided reports for the manufacturer lot, with a link to the issuing lab's own page. Ouralus has not commissioned them.
Which countries do you ship to?
All 27 EU member states, from Slovakia. We do not ship to the UK, Switzerland or Norway.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch: 1–2 business days. Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is €15 flat per order.
What if a parcel arrives damaged or wrong?
Email a photo of the parcel and its contents within 7 days of delivery and we reship it. We do not issue refunds.
