Where we ship

We ship to the 27 member states of the European Union only: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We do not ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway or any other country outside the EU. Orders with a delivery address outside the EU 27 cannot be placed.

Cost

Shipping is a flat €15 per order to any EU 27 address, whatever the number of kits. It is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Times

• Dispatch: 1–2 business days from Slovakia after payment clears.
• Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, by tracked courier.

Times are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. The tracking link is sent to the email on your order when the parcel is dispatched.

Customs and duties

Parcels travel from Slovakia within the EU single market, so there is no import customs step for EU 27 addresses.
